NOTE
All complaints come from end users, so, we use the same or similar words as end users used to describe the problem when they are facing, so that technicians could find out solution easily via complaint name.
In order to let technicians find out solution in a less range to focus on problem solving, we divide all complaints into 8 groups, based on the property of complaints and function attributes.
Below is the relationship diagram for complaint, and illustrations for each group and each complaint.
NOT WORKING
This machine is mainly used for dehumidification of indoor environments. Here, "not working" means:
1. After pressing the power button, the machine does not start and cannot dehumidify the room.
2. After starting the machine, the fan runs and the compressor does not work, making it impossible to dehumidify the room.
3. After starting the machine, the fan does not run and cannot dehumidify the room.
4. Except for the above situations, if other functions cannot be executed properly, we treat it as that not working.
In some cases, there may be warming code on the display screen when the machine malfunctions, and the machine will eventually stop and not work.

DEHUMIDIFYING EFFECT
This machine is mainly used for dehumidification of indoor environments.
After running for a period of time, it can be felt that the dehumidification effect is significantly poor and does not meet the desired dehumidification requirements.
RELIABILITY
All components in this machine have their own reliability definitions and requirements. However, for some components, the system has set up some methods to detect their status and start them automatically by the system.
Therefore, the reliability we are talking about here is related to the parts that users frequently start, open or operate in daily use. These parts are,
1. Display board
2. Water tank
3. Filter screen
Wrong warning on display board;
Buttons on the display don't work;
Water tank does not assemble well;
The filter is damaged.
LEAKS
During the dehumidification process, it was found that the machine was leaking. The dehumidified condensate was not discharged through the water tank or drain pipe, but flowed directly from the sides or bottom of the machine.
DIRTY ISSUES
During the operation of the machine, if it is not cleaned for a long time, it is easy to cause the front and rear filters or fins to be dirty and blocked, which will lead to poor heat exchange effect of the evaporator and condenser and affect the dehumidification effect.
During the operation of the machine, the refrigeration system may be blocked by ice due to moisture in the system, or may be clogged by impurities in the refrigeration system, which will lead to poor heat exchange effects in the evaporator and condenser and affect the dehumidification effect.

NOISES
This is a complex machine that includes a compressor and a fan system, so it will produce sounds during operation. If you hear some unusual sounds, it means there may be some problem with the parts.
Here we will give the normal sounds produced by this machine. When you compare what you hear to normal sounds, if you hear something strange, we can tell you're hearing something strange.

This is a dehumidifier that includes a refrigeration system, drainage system, and air duct system.
These systems are powered by electricity for transmission, heat exchange and rotation.
