No steam delivered
The temperature indicator light is not on
Normally when you connect plug to the wall outlet, you could hear a buzz, and then press down the power switch, the defaulted low steam rate indicator will flash.
However, when connecting plug to power source, there is no buzz. Or when pressing down the power button, there is no indicator lit on the display.
The machine could not heat the soleplate or deliver steam to iron.
When the soleplate temperature has achieved the selected temperature, you press the steam trigger with a little force, there is no steam sprayed from the soleplate.
Normally when you plug in and power on the machine, steam indicator flashes on display and the temperature indicator light on iron should be lit on until the soleplate finishes preheating.
However, the temperature indicator light on iron does not lit on when the unit is power-on.
