Reminders on display
When error code E7 appears on display, it means refrigerant in cooling system is leaked.
When the error code appears, the machine will stop working.
The machine has detected insufficient refrigerant in the refrigeration system or leakage of refrigerant. To protect the compressor, the machine will stop working.
The refrigerant in the refrigeration system leaks or is insufficient, so, the refrigerant abnormality triggers protection and the compressor stops working.
The main control board detects abnormal temperatures in the exhaust pipe and evaporator of the refrigeration system, and then determines that the refrigerant is insufficient or leaking.
Judging from this phenomenon, it may be that the refrigeration system is malfunctioning or leaking. Since disassembling the machine to solve problems requires professional technical knowledge, otherwise it will cause safety problems for users, please call the service center to solve your issue.
NOTE
The refrigerant used in this machine is R410A, which is mainly composed of hydrogen, fluorine and carbon elements. It is a non-toxic, volatile and environmentally friendly refrigerant. When you find that the machine reports error code E7, and remind you of that the refrigerant is leaking, don't worry too much. Please power off the machine, open doors and windows promptly for ventilation and call the service center for help.
