Problem description:

After the machine has been running normally for a period of time, the water output from the machine during dehumidification is low or no water is output, indicating that it is not dehumidifying.

After the machine has been running for a period of time, the machine does not dehumidify (no water is generated) , or the water output is much less than normal status.



ROOT CAUSES ANALYSIS

  • The machine has been running normally for a period of time, but the water output during dehumidification is too less than normal status.

  • If the set humidity is higher than environment, or the air humidity is too low, the machine doesn't dehumidify and no water is produced.

  • Solution 3: Check air humidity

STEP 1


Check whether the return air outlet is blocked by clothes, towels, etc., affecting the air circulation.

If so, remove it.

PROCEDURE 1:Remove the front filter screen

  • STEP 1

Solution 3: Check air humidity
STEP 1


Obtain indoor humidity reference data through hygrometer, weather forecast, etc. If the humidity is lower than 30%, the machine will not activate the cooling and dehumidification.


 NOTE

t means the machine is good. The 30% humidity is suitable for humans and it is not suitable for dehumidification.
